Our firm was established in 2005 by Eleni Trova and Panagiotis Skouris. After several previous years of successful co-operation, the two founders decided to combine the benefits of three generations’ worth of experience of the law and their professional success to make their vision of creating a pioneering and innovative law firm a reality. Our law firm is founding member of the Association of Greek Law Firms.
Throughout our proffessional route we had the joy to see our clients as winners, decorating our country with their achievements. At the same time we were able to offer an international perspective and with them we went through all the effort, in order to support their plans. We were also able to celebrate each and every achievement of theirs.
Our Law Firm provides legal services and, due to the specialised nature of the firm, it is able to place emphasis on offering service of the highest quality. The firm specialises in providing legal services to help with the development of large or smaller scale projects which rely on various forms of funding (concessions, ΒΟΤ contracts, public-private partnerships, etc.), the organisation of infrastructure, real estate development, organisation and development of energy sources, telecommunications, mines, quarries, corporate turnarounds and support services for investors. Our firm also has extensive experience of projects involving a number of objectives which require in-depth knowledge of particular areas of the law, such as banking, corporate, commercial and public law, urban planning law and legislation relating to small and medium-sized enterprises, national insurance, construction, public works, etc.
Since 1990 we have played an active part in all aspects of successful major public works carried out in Greece. We have been involved in these projects at all stages, from the request for tenders through to the final completion of the project. Throughout the various stages we have provided our services in order to help companies acquire the necessary licences, participate in tender procedures and draw up the required contracts.
We provide assistance to companies with issues relating to urban planning law, real estate development and licensing, matters of environmental protection, EU legislation and complex legal controls. We have taken part in privatisation and corporate turnaround procedures, whilst simultaneously dealing with issues of EU and national law.
It is a fundamental principle of our office that we always offer a high quality service when dealing with issues brought to us by our clients. We offer specialised services which are delivered exclusively by legal consultants with great experience and in-depth knowledge.
